Who we are
Andrea Wandell is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with a degree in Christian Ethics from Union University. She and her husband of 22 years are raising their four children just south of Nashville in Spring Hill, TN. In 2015, she entered the real estate industry as an affiliate broker and was drawn to the appraisal process during her time in the industry. Andrea became a Certified General Appraiser in 2023 after training under two MAI designated appraisers. Her experience managing appraisal projects of various property types includes residential, retail, entertainment, industrial, and special-use properties, and her workfile includes appraisal projects for right-of-way, litigation support, commercial lending, and private use. She currently serves on committees for both the Appraisal Institute and the International Right of Way Association, and her focus on local non-profit ministries continues today.
